LEGAL ADVICE
It is expected that the Cambodian government may
grant radio-licences only on the base of a
broadcast law which still has to be introduced.
The Club of Cambodian Journalists will inform the
government that the Konrad Adenauer Foundation
may be willing to offer German legal consultancy
in this regard.
This
document is an example of legal
British requirements. It provides general and
detailed hints with regard to the type of
information which may be required before granting
of a radio-licence is considered. |
