Excerpt from a paper, submitted by student Peou Chivoin: Programs for such a local radio do not meet any language obstacles because all Cambodians, except some tribes in the northeastern part of the country, speak a common language - Khmer. However, tact and politeness are the most important consideration for the radio programs as Cambodian society is a very tactful society. |
