The privately organised travel for readers will take place during autumn, winter or springtime in Europe (October to April). KJS will be helping you to plan and to realise a once-in-a-liftime-experience.
You are going to prepare and lead your own journey. With the backup of the experience of KJS, you will decide what to see and experience at start or end of your journey and along the TAZARA's rail-line.
Look out for co-travellers (not more than 6 other persons). As the responsible one of this group you will discuss with KJS via email details of your wishes.
Travelling should last for at least 2 weeks but not more than for 4 weeks, starting and ending either in Zimbabwe's capital Harare or in Tanzania's port-city Dar-es-Salaam. Travel to and from those entry- and exit-points will be organised by travellers themselves.
KJS will create a completely unique tailor-made itinary for you and your group and will charge this at a lump sum budget cost including all planned activities/accommodation/travels during the trip, leaving pocket-money as only extra-expense. All travellers will have to take care of their insurances with regard to health, accidents and theft. Also, they will remain responsible to receive visas and to pay fees as far as they are required by African authorities in order to pass their borders. KJS will provide timely information in this regard.
A contract between a given group of travellers and KJS is deemed to be valid once all travellers have accepted cost for the particular schedule as calculated by KJS, and once their payment has been received in his account.

You should contact the author presenting a proposal with regard to schedule & itenary, and you offer per diem & a fee
It may be possible, through contacts with TAZARA's authorities, to negotiate for your group the hire of a special raiway-coach which could be parked at railway-sidings for excursions
It may be feasible to engage the author during European summertime as well.
