Chelsea was founded in 1682 by King Charles II as a home
for soldiers who were unfit for further duty because of
injury or old age. At the start of the 21st Century The
Royal Hospital provides a secure environment, with
medical facilities for some 350 old soldiers.

Chelsea".
Clarissa approaches the disembarking
pensioner who, falling for the charm of a
young lady, agrees to show her around,
and to tell a bit about the colleague who
had managed to reach his destiny with a
battery-driven wheelchair at the other
side of town ...
