the strive after private assets in economic
sub-systems shall, if they are supposed to
function, be restricted within relevant
boundaries by complex mechanisms of common rules
and balances. The political system and the
judicial system assume the function of a
guardian. However, once it becomes common that
science and the search for truth and for its
opposite is being subordinated by economic
interest, that is by private interest, the
independent social media science will lose its
function and is being turned into one form of
appearance of the medium money." |

and Moeller are of the opinion ... that right is
always a thing of an oral act. Justice would not
exist if people would not permanently call upon
the law before courts, and recognition is being
obtained because it is then interpreted. This
principle can be stretched. But it needs, beside
the 'lawyer factories' in the service of Deutsche
Bank, Shell and Co, also 'lawyer factories' in
the service of farm workers, of small traders and
of enslaved women. Whereby we touch upon an
important problem elegantly circumnavigated by
the authors: no light is thrown on those who
could struggle for global and social

... Your
idea not to leave legal development to those who
are equipped with huge financial ressources but
to introduce a method of
"crowd-financing" to trim a chronical
flip side of legal development, that means to
compensate it, does find my approval.

KJS: An example for a promising
complaint from Northern Germany
KJS: This provisional web-portal is
meant to collect and to sort initial contributions and to
present, in general, the idea. It is hoped to find a
weekend in September, 2012, when all interested parties
would meet in order to view and to debate systematically
existing and operational structures with the aim to form
a joined project.
