Mr. Meyer started his presentation by introducing us to the foundation's country program in Cambodia or what he did not seriously call "The Kingdom of Konrad Adenauer". He confirmed that KAS is a political foundation ... and he asked the students a question, "what is politics?"
Three of my friends answered the question as following - Malis: politics is trick, Sophal: it is a communication, and Khy: politics involves all aspects in the society ...
Another question came from Mr. Meyer, "what is power?"
