OneWorld Radio is an Internet-based media organisation which is offering global exchange of radio programming free of charge, and - above all - essential links to providers of assistance for planners and operators of community radios.

Prometheus is an international radio organization that helps any country in the world to set up a community radio by means of local development and sustainability.
It is the organization that provides assistance in many fields ranging from the technical parts to organizational structure of a radio station.		  
 
- As the Department of Media and Communication, the first educational institution in Cambodia to provide media university education, is working on its business plan of the possibilities of the establishment of a local development radio station either in Sihanoukville or in Kampong Cham ...
- As a pioneer in thought, we would like many helps from this organization, some of which is listed below:

First and foremost, we would like the help within the field of organizational structure. That is to get the overall ideas of how the whole organization of a community radio station looks like and to get special training concerning the production, administrative, human resource, and financial management of the station. By this, we would like to know what conditions of staff selection in each sub-field are.

After having known the overall structure of the station, the second and more practical need is the field of man-power. That is we would like technical experts and program experts from the Prometheus to help train our main "loyal" staff, who are going to run the station. These trainees will later be responsible for the production unit of the station. Besides the training that technical experts could provide, we would also like some comments over what equipments to buy and how to take care of those equipments ...
