Warum
"Kultur"? Kultur ist Grundlage aller
gesellschaftlichen Beziehungen. Es gibt kein
Entwicklung, die nicht auf kulturellen
Voraussetzungen aufbaut. Aktueller Bezugspunkt
ist dabei die "kulturelle Dimension" im
Cotonou ACP-EU Partnerschafts-Vertrag und der
Initiative "Neue Partnerschaft für Afrikas
Entwicklung" (NEPAD).
Why "culture"? Culture is basis for all
social relations. There is no development which
is not building on cultural preconditions. Focus
of this conference will be the "cultural
dimension" of the Cotonou ACP-EU-agreement
and of the "New Partnership for Africa's
Development" (NEPAD). |

soziale und kulturelle Gerechtigkeit kann nicht
unsere Idee von Entwicklung sein. Es ist dringend
erforderlich, Entwicklung an der Qualität
menschlichen Lebens zu messen wie sie sich zum
Beispiel zeigt in besserer Bildung,
Gesundheitsvorsorge und Lebenserwartung für
jedes einzelne Mitglied der Gesellschaft... |
